This sweet, buttery cornbread like dish has been baked to a golden brown for MANY, many years, and recently made it’s way to two cute mommy’s who just had their babies. One momma texted asking for this recipe, and the other family raving over it too!
We’ve gotten so good at baking this, never needing a timer. Really, just watch for the top to get golden brown. Let’s get right to the recipe, because you need to whip this baby up for Thanksgiving coming up shortly.
1/2 C. melted Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
Add the remaining ingredients and stir just until blended:
1 C. Sour Cream
1 Box Jiffy Corn Meal Muffin Mix
1 can Whole Corn, drained
1 can of Cream Corn
Pour mixture into a 9X13 pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour, or watch for the golden brown top. Best served when warm.
