Easy Cheesy Pepper And Corn Dip

You’ll love serving up this spicy, yet cheesy delight of a dip, for your upcoming Halloween party!   Fast and easy to make, and all of the character’s at your party will love you for it! We recently went to a Friday the thirteenth party, and came across these sharp White Cheddar Cheeze-It Grooves.  These highly addictive chip of a cracker, are wrapped up in one crunchy bite!  Perfect for this warm dip right out of the oven!  NO, we aren’t spokes people for the cracker company, BUT we should be!  Notice the family size box, YES, they ARE that good!

Mix all ingredients and Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Let stand for 5 minutes after baking.

This can be baked in a 9×9 dish and  then microwaved later to serve.

Ingredients :

2 Cans Corn, drained

4 Cans chopped Green Chilies, drained

1 Red Pepper, chopped fine

1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped fine

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese

2 Cups Mayonnaise

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Serve with Chips, Crackers, or BOTH!

(Optional- may add 1 small can of sliced Olives, drained.  For extra heat add Cayenne.)
